I have just put on another aerial photo....this time showing the Southern tip of the Island. As you can see , it is quite lumpy, as is the rest of the Island, except for the Northern Plain, [ see an earlier post ] which is very flat, with sandy beaches running for miles on either coast with quite high sand cliffs in places......forever eroding . Buildings which were some distance from the edge have long gone...even an old cemetery disappeared into the sea.
