Just an interesting old print I found on the web. This map is dated 1833 , not quite the shape we know it today and for some reason it is upside down . I often wish I had some sort of time machine I could jump into and travel back to see what the Island and the people were like in those far off days. It would be fascinating. Click map to enlarge ,
